Shipping Policy

 

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FedEx Express or Postal.  Postal service must be used for APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only) and for P.O. Box addresses. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.  For International orders the postal transit times are ESTIMATES only and ALL customs, duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing and shipping times

• Orders received before 5 p.m. Mountain Time Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Mountain Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
• Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days after receipt and can take up to 10 business days to ship depending on stock levels & other orders in que.
• If you request expedited shipping such as overnight, 2 day, global express, etc., the order will ship following the above guidelines.  Please note in the special instructions if the order must be received by a certain day and if we can not make the delivery we will contact you.
• Weekend delivery
  Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

Customs, Import Duties and Fees

• All customs, brokerage fees, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
• For orders shipped via FedX if the fees are backcharged to us we will run the credit card on file for the amount of fees

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and we do not ship orders C.O.D.

Is my credit card safe?

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, making the information unreadable as it travels over the Internet. We use the latest security technology available to keep your credit card information safe and private.

How does JR Miniatures verify credit card information?

JR Miniatures validates your credit card by checking your personal billing information. We require you to enter the billing information as it appears on your credit card statement into the personal billing section of the order before we authorize your purchase.

 

When is my credit card charged?

We charge your credit card when we receive the order and most orders ship within 7 business days.  If we have to ship items in your order separately, more than one charge may show up on your card.  If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card.
